Q: You've changed your phone and you can no longer find your history and/or your Premium account on your new phone.

✅ The solution

Regardless of the device, as long as you log in to the same account, you'll have access to all your history.

Therefore, on your new phone, you must log in to the exact same account as on your old phone.

To do this, I invite you to:

1. Take your old phone

- Open the Liberty Rider app

- Click on "Management" in the bottom right corner

- Click on "My Profile"

- Check which email address you used to log in

2. Take your new phone

- Open the Liberty Rider app

- Click on "Log in" at the very bottom (not "Register")

- Log in the same way as on your old phone

Q: My email address isn't recognized when I try to reset my password

Situation 1: You are sure you already have a Liberty Rider account.

In this case, it means you created your Liberty Rider account with a different email address.

I invite you to try again with any other email addresses you may have:

- Open the Liberty Rider app

- Click on "Log in" at the bottom

- Click on "Forgot your password?"

- Enter another email address

- Click "Send"
