3.Connection speed decreases while using Le VPN

--Connection speed depends on your geographical location and internet provider.

--Please note that when you are connected to one of our VPN servers, your traffic goes directly to the server’s country. Speeds can therefore be slower than usual.

--Also, some providers have international connection limits, so your speed can be decreased.

--For example, you can have a 20 Mbps connection speed for in-country resources, and only 1 Mbps for international connectivity.

--To increase your VPN connection speed, please select servers situated near your geographical location.

4.How to recover lost Le VPN credentials

--Your credentials to access client area and the Le VPN app & connection are different. 

--To access client area, you will need to use your registered email address with password and for the Le VPN app & connection, you will need to use your username with password instead. 

--You should be getting all these details in an email with the subject title of "[IMPORTANT] Your Le VPN Credentials" when you signed up with us.

5.How to uninstall Le VPN

To uninstall Le VPN application on macOS go to your "Applications" folder, select "Le VPN.app" and remove it.

To uninstall Le VPN on Windows please go to "Start" -> "Control Panel" -> "Programs".
