We are a jewellery retailer operating under the brand name “Lalithaa”, offering a diverse range of gold jewellery, silver jewellery, and diamond jewellery across styles, designed to cater to regional preferences of the southern Indian jewellery markets. Our Company had the highest operating revenue per store amongst the key organised jewellery players in India between Fiscals 2022 to 2024.

Our Company is also the second fastest growing regional jewellery player amongst key organised jewellery players in India basis operating revenue growth between Fiscals 2022 to 2024.

M. Kiran Kumar Jain is the Chairman and Managing Director of our Company. He holds a doctor of philosophy (honoris causa) from VELS University. He has been associated with our Company since March 19, 1999. In his capacity as a Chairman and Managing Director, he oversees the marketing, strategic and overall operations of the Company across various segments, including, store, operations, treasury and finance. He has received “Ten Out Standing Young Indians (TOYI)”award in the entrepreneurial accomplishment area in 2011 from JCI – India, JCI Nellore Town.

We operate two manufacturing facilities located in Thirumudivakkam, Chennai (operated through our Company) and Maraimalainagar, Kanchipuram (operated through our wholly owned Subsidiary, Asita Manufacturing Private Limited) in the state of Tamil Nadu having an area of approximately 43,681.96 sq. ft. and 20,000.00 sq. ft. respectively. We have commenced operations of our manufacturing facility at Thirumudivakkam, Chennai from December 2, 2024.

We opened our first store in 1985 in T.Nagar locality of Chennai which is a hub for a silk and jewellery retail outlets. We have since then increased our store footprint and, as of December 31, 2024, we operate 56 stores in 46 cities across Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Telangana and Puducherry. As of December 31, 2024, we have 22 stores in Andhra Pradesh, 20 in Tamil Nadu, seven in Karnataka, six in Telangana and one in Puducherry.

Our Company operates one of the largest jewellery stores in India at Vijayawada, which is spread over total carpet area of 1,00,000 Sq. Ft. Our Company also operates two large format jewellery stores in Somajiguda and Vishakhapatnam, which are spread across total carpet area of 98,210 Sq. Ft. and 65,000 Sq. Ft. respectively and are amongst the largest jewellery retail stores in India.

In 2019, we were recognized as the ‘Star Retailer of the Gems Industry of India’ by Jewel Trendz. We have also been awarded with the Tamil Nadu tourism award for the ‘Best Tourist Friendly Jewellery Shop’ in 2015. In 2024, we were awarded with ‘The Best of Tamil Nadu Award 2023’ by e4m. In 2024, we were also awarded with ‘Excellence in Ethic and Bridal Jewellery’ by ET Business Awards.
