This is a calendar that allows you to keep track of your menstrual cycle and basal body temperature.

※Requires WVGA 480x800 resolution or higher.
By inputting the dates of your menstrual cycle in "Base Setting," the calendar will display your menstrual period, expected start date, increased chances of pregnancy, and peak fertility day.
The calendar offers a clear overview of your status and features an intuitive interface.
You can log your mood, symptoms, and health metrics daily simply by marking checkboxes.
Additionally, you have the option to add notes.
Choose an icon from the "Mark" menu, which will then appear on the calendar for the designated date. For instance, you could select an icon for activities like "dining out," "jogging," or "tennis." If you're on a diet and decide to avoid sweets, you might select an icon featuring a cake crossed out.
The icon menu includes 62 different options. You can coordinate your other plans alongside your menstrual cycle and basal temperature tracking.
When entering your basal body temperature, it will be displayed in the bottom-right corner of each date on the calendar, providing a comprehensive view of temperature changes.
To observe variations in basal body temperature, tap the "Graph" button.
Initial Screen
Base Setting: Enter your details (cycle length and duration) here.
*Ovulation is estimated to occur 14 days before your next expected period; this should be regarded as a general guideline.
Menu
Base Setting: Edit your data in this section.
Mark: Choose from the available 62 icons. Upon selection, the chosen icon will be visible on the calendar. You may also include additional plans and events for that day.
Setting: Customize the start of the week and other preferences.
Password: Set a password to safeguard your information.
Help: Access the Help Menu.
Buttons
*Located from left to right on the calendar screen*
Today Button: Returns you to the current date.
Left / Right Button: Navigate through dates.
List Button: Displays a list of registered menstrual cycle dates, allowing you to quickly see cycle changes.
*Memo List Button: Tap to view recorded notes and other details from the selected month.
Basal Body Temperature Button: Tap this button to open a calculator. Input your temperature and press OK.
Graph Button: View a graph representing basal body temperature. You can switch between one-month, three-month, and six-month views.
*Calendar*
Once you've entered data in Base Setting, the calendar will be viewable.
Select the initial date of your period and tap the section at the bottom of the screen that displays Memo: Mood: Symptoms: Health Check:, prompting the registration screen to appear.
On this screen, you can input the "Start" date, "End" date, "Sex," "Symptoms," "Mood," "Health Check," and any additional notes.
From the Menu → Mark option: Pick an icon and then tap on the date where you wish to place that icon. The selected icon will be added to that specific date.
The opening screen is "BaseSetting".
Register menstrual cycle andmenstrual period.
*Ovulation is calculated 14days from the next expected period but this is just rough indication. Please see this as aguide.
Today: Go back to today's date.
Left&Right:Move dates right and left.
List: The monthly cycle of period appears in the list.
Basal Body Temperature: add your temperature on the calendar.
Graph: Check the alteration in temperature.
"Weekly": Swith the calendar to weekly display.
Green's background is today's date.
Select (tap) a day of the start of period, then tap here.
Move to "Period" tag. Pink tag is selected one.
Tick the checkmark and press "Back" button of the mobile phone to save and return to the calendar.
The end of the period can be saved in the same way.
Tick here then a heart mark will be appear on the date.
Here it shows the next expected date and the remaining days.
"Symptoms" tag.
Tap symptoms then tap "Mood" tag.
"Mood" tag.
Tick the checkmarks of the days's mood.
"Health" tag.
You can save blood pressure, weight and body fat. The amount of body fat weight is now automatically displayed!(New function)
Tap conditions of the day.
Press "Back" button of the mobile phone to return to the calendar when you finish the entries of all the data.
When you save the start day of the period, the small square mark on the date will change the color from green to pink.
Select the end day of the period and tap the place "Touch here to register".
Move to "Period" tag.
Tick the checkmark of "End" and press "Back" button of the mobile phone to save and return to the calendar.
The period that finished shows with pink square.
Tap "List" button.
Move to "List".
"Menstrual cycle" tag is selected. You can see the list of the past period log here.
Tap "Memo" tag.
Tap the arrow here to see the saved content.
Press "Back" button of the mobile phone to save and return to the calendar.
Tap this button to save basal body temperature.
Tap "Graph" button.
Select a graph.
Pink background is the period you had.
Orange background shows ovulation period.
Switch the graph from 1,3,6 and 12 month.
