I haven't received my order, and I lost the payment too. No one has reached out to me about this issue.

Delivery takes way too long. I’ve ordered ten times. Each time, it’s late by three hours. They keep blaming the crowd. Tried ordering at different times—morning, afternoon, night. Same issue every time. Service isn’t good at all.

The app is clearly sabotaging Yusuf. It's like a relative's son who knows some coding created it for free. Buttons work sometimes, but often they don’t. Items in the cart disappear. The issues go on and on. It's an app that falls far below average.

The website bombards users with notifications, pushing them to download the app against their will. This approach shows a clear lack of concern for customer satisfaction in the tech world.

This application is really frustrating. You can't track your order or get any updates on what's happening. I ordered something and called customer service. They said it was on the way. A little later, I called again and they told me the driver would arrive in five minutes. Then, I called one last time. This time, they said my order got cancelled because my house is too far from the nearest branch. What a mess!
