    The codes don't work and can't be used. I emailed but got no reply. Wouldn't have bothered if not for Gardens by the Bay Xmas tickets. This company is useless. Use other apps instead.

    I had a custom private tour booked with KKday, but they were not very flexible. I wanted to remove one stop to have a more relaxed pace, but they didn't allow it. However, during the tour, our guide was kind and accommodating. He took great care of us and adjusted the pace as needed. Kudos to the guide! I hope KKday can improve communication with guides before tours in the future.

    Having trouble confirming the tour because the phone numbers provided are not working. Can't reach anyone regarding the tours. The app's call feature just says the line is busy and there's no response. I've attempted all possible methods. Avoid booking here to avoid adding stress to your vacation.
