    Your tickets and fast passes seem to be stuck in limbo. Notifications keep coming, but nothing shows up in your wallet. This can be so frustrating. You might want to check the app again or maybe restart it. Sometimes, a little refresh helps. If that doesn't work, reaching out to support could clear things up. They should help get everything sorted for you.

    I would rate the app two stars. It has potential to reach four or five stars if it functioned correctly. The pros include keeping your passes organized and marking your parking spot easily. The map feature is handy for navigating around. On the downside, the ride list lacks accuracy. One of my favorite rides from childhood, The Vortex, still appears on the list even though it no longer exists. Additionally, the wait times didn’t load at all yesterday.

    This app really shines when it functions like it should. Unfortunately, you never know when it will cooperate during the day. I faced two main problems with it. First, it sometimes claimed I had no internet connection, even though I was online. Second, the ride list didn’t stay up to date. At times, it showed all the current rides, but other times it reverted to an older list. On a positive note, the wait times for rides tended to be quite accurate. The directions to any ride from anywhere in the park also worked well.
