    I really dislike this app. It's so slow to add items to the bag, and when I try to check out, it goes crazy and crashes. I can't even find my orders in the history. I attempted to place the order again, and the same issue occurred, resulting in two duplicate orders that I can't cancel. Even the store couldn't cancel one of them. Now we're stuck with a $90 double order. Looks like we'll be having chicken for quite some time.

    I used this app many times in our old house. But after we moved, I can't order anything. I can't update the credit card information because the zip code changed. I can't remove cards or add the same card under a different name. So now the app is useless.

    The layout is fantastic. Ordering is super easy and smooth. It's definitely one of the best food order apps out there.

    The app is not functioning properly. It keeps canceling my orders and I have to start over. There is no support option and all payment methods have the same issue. Unlike other apps, this problem only happens with this one. Orders at the second location never go through. This has been ongoing for a year. The app has limited meal options and lacks features compared to others.

    This app is really user-friendly. It would be better if there was a simpler method to purchase biscuits.

    If you want to customize orders other than the basics, this app is not good. Often, half of the menu items are missing and you can't adjust drink or side sizes in combos or meals. The pricing doesn't match what the restaurant sets. It's better than some fast food apps that have more technical issues though.

    The app has a lot of issues. It's slow when adding items to the cart. Whenever I try to check out, it freezes and restarts, losing all my progress. I can only look at the menu but can't order anything. There are only 8 drink options with meals. Why can't I get a bottle of water?
