    You can't cancel your order, even if the driver is late. The captain won't cancel either because there's no support team to help with these issues. When I complained, they only gave me 20 LE which didn't solve anything. I don't recommend this app. Try it yourself and see what I mean.

    There is this wonderful app we use because where we live is a bit isolated, making it hard to get deliveries from other apps. Yes, delivery fees are a bit high, but it's totally worth it. With this app, you pick a store or restaurant, and then choose the best delivery option from different drivers who bid for the job. It's a great app! Even if you reside in the city, the delivery costs are reasonable. You can order from various places like shops, supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants. We highly recommend it.

    I'll give 5 stars if MRSOOL improves the payment feature. It has a lot of issues with lagging and bugs. The problem is when trying to get the 3D OTP Code, the app needs to be hibernated on some devices to see the code in the MESSAGES App. But when hibernating MRSOOL App, the 3D OTP Code prompt lags or disappears. This is an important issue that needs fixing. Please look into it, MRSOOL. Thanks, ProDeBugger.

    When you place 10 orders, only 1 or 2 may actually get delivered. The app doesn't offer any support, so it's just you and the courier trying to solve any problems that arise. It's a really frustrating situation!

    Had a terrible experience with this app. The promo code I used turned out to be a scam, and they only show you the total payment after you've confirmed your order. To top it off, the driver for my first order took my food and cancelled the delivery. This app is a waste of time, I'm deleting it now.
