Features

Strengthen pelvic floor muscles:

A Kegel Trainer is a device or app designed to help strengthen the pelvic floor muscles.

These muscles play an important role in controlling urine and stool, improving sexual health, and more.

Improve sexual health:

By exercising the pelvic floor muscles, Kegel exercises can enhance sexual sensitivity and improve sexual function.

Prevent and treat urinary incontinence:

Kegel exercises help prevent and treat urinary incontinence, including stress incontinence and urge incontinence.

Suitable for men and women:

Kegel exercises are not only suitable for women, but men can also improve sexual health and prevent urinary incontinence by exercising their pelvic floor muscles.

Exercise anytime, anywhere:

Kegel exercises can be performed anytime, anywhere, without special equipment.

Personalized training:

Some Kegel Trainer apps offer personalized training plans to help users exercise at their own pace.

How to use

Find the right muscles:

Try to stop the urine flow midway through urination to find the pelvic floor muscles. But be careful not to do this as a regular exercise, as it may affect bladder function.

To perform the exercise:

Lying flat: While lying flat, bend your knees, contract your buttocks muscles and lift your anus upwards, hold for 5 seconds, then relax for 5-10 seconds.

Seated: Sit in a chair and imagine tightening and lifting your genitals, hold for 5 seconds, then relax for 5 seconds.

Standing: Kegel exercises can also be performed while standing, especially before activities that can easily cause urine leakage (such as coughing, laughing).

Avoid mistakes:

Do not hold your breath during the exercise and avoid tightening your abdominal, thigh or buttocks muscles.

Make a plan:

Perform three sets of exercises per day, with 10-15 repetitions per set.

Use aids:

If it is difficult to find the correct muscles, you can use aids such as biofeedback or electrical stimulation.

Continue to exercise:

Kegel exercises need to be performed continuously to maintain the effect.

Promoting utmost discretion:

You can select from visual, audio, or vibration cues to guide your pelvic floor exercise: Follow the on-screen prompts, auditory cues, or utilize vibration cues to work out discreetly without anyone around knowing.

The app features a subtle icon and name, preventing others who may browse your phone from discerning its purpose.

Kegel Trainer is the straightforward, effortless, and efficient method to enhance your pelvic floor muscles. Best of all, it's free to download now!

In the beginning, it seems promising. The exercises are done at different times and for different lengths to prevent getting bored, and hopefully, this will lead to better results. You can also use it in the background as it still gives you audio cues even if you have another app open on the screen. An update was made on June 27th, 2019. I have been using it every day for many months now. I am very pleased with the app. Doing the exercises three times a day has been really effective in strengthening my pelvic floor muscles.

I really like this app because it actually helps me remember to do my daily kegel exercises after having my baby. It's straightforward and user-friendly. I use the free version which is sufficient for what I need. Since I already have reminders set up on another app for my daily schedule, I don't require the alarm feature on this one. It may be simple and basic, but that's exactly what I need and appreciate about it.

The app is pretty good, but there’s room for improvement. I’m using the free version, and I wish there was a feature that could let me start or continue training sessions without having to play every minute. It can be distracting when you’re busy. Overall, it’s a great app!

The app is super handy and I really enjoy seeing the improvements in its design with each update. I find myself using this app around two times a day, and it has really helped me improve how I handle important responsibilities. Even though it's important to also focus on breathing and understanding our own capabilities, using this app has made my kegel muscles stronger, which has improved my control. I would definitely suggest giving it a try!

The app is good. The free version only goes up to level 10, but it takes time to reach that point. It has really made a positive impact on my life. I upgraded to the PRO version and it's definitely worth it. Now I can focus more on achieving the results I desire.

So, I've been using this app for years. One thing that bothers me is if you skip a day, all your progress vanishes. Let's say I had a streak of working out every day for over a year and then I miss just one day - poof! All my hard work disappears. It can be really disheartening. Life happens, right? What if I have surgery or something? I need a more flexible tracking app.

The app is really cool. The reminders aren't working though. I never get any notifications, even though I set it up for twice a day. I just use my regular alarm now. I do like that each level is unique. It would be good to have an option for longer than 60 seconds.
