Why is my progress not showing up in KashKick?

Your progress usually appears in KashKick within a few hours, but it can take up to 24 hours. If it's still not visible after 24 hours, it might be due to tracking interference or because you don’t meet the device or eligibility requirements for the game or deal.

Troubleshooting steps

Try these steps to troubleshoot tracking issues:

Confirm that you haven't previously installed the game app or signed up for the deal. Only new users are eligible to receive rewards.

Review the Additional Info section at the bottom of the game or deal card to ensure you meet all requirements.

Confirm that you're using the device on which you initially installed the game or accepted the offer, and avoid switching devices or operating systems during the offer period.

Confirm you've enabled tracking on your device, including accepting cookies and disabling 'Do Not Track' settings.*

Disable or disconnect from a VPN or proxy.

Disable ad or extension blockers, including popular extensions like Honey, as these can interfere with tracking.

Disable iCloud Private Relay if you're on iOS, as it functions like a VPN and impacts tracking accuracy.*

Ensure you have a stable and secure internet connection.

After completing these steps, return to KashKick to check if your progress is reflected. For games, go to the My Games tab. For deals, go to the Deals - In Progress tab.

If you continue to experience issues, contact Support for further assistance. However, keep in mind that we cannot manually update your progress in KashKick, as activity reporting depends on game advertisers.

Have you played this game before?

We can only reward new users who haven't previously installed or signed up for the game with KashKick, similar apps, or an app store.

Is tracking enabled on your device?

KashKick uses game app tracking to ensure accurate progress and purchase history. Without tracking enabled, we won't be able to confirm your achievements in games to reward you appropriately.

Is your device online?

For tracking to work between KashKick and the game app, you must play only while your device is online.

Did you reach the earning goal on time?

Check your timeline on the game card in My Games. Look for the timestamp or the 'Complete in X days' text next to the goal.

Be sure to take screenshots or screen recordings as proof of your current game level and achievements to validate your progress if needed.

If something seems wrong, double-check your progress in the game app and contact Support for help.

How can I manage tracking settings in a game app?

App Tracking on Android and iOS

If you're using an Android device, tracking usually happens automatically by default. See Tracking on Android for more details.

On iOS, however, tracking relies on your privacy settings. If you haven’t enabled Allow Apps to Request to Track, you won’t receive prompts from apps asking for tracking permission, and tracking will be blocked by default.

To ensure KashKick and game apps can accurately track your progress and purchase history, we recommend turning on this setting.

How to enable tracking on iOS:

Open your device's Settings.

Go to Privacy & Security > Tracking.

Toggle on Allow Apps to Request to Track.
