Suggestions for improvement:

In the home page, we see all the devices and the plans they have. Their should be separate homepages for different numbers so that their could be separate monthly plans for the numbers. Everything is so mixed in the homepage and it doesn’t look good. I want a setting which the MySTC app has i.e. we should see the entire seethings of particular number in the homepage and for other numbers their is different homepage. Just improve this part in the Jawwy app.

    I've been dealing with this terrible service since yesterday. I can't even get into the app to add more data or minutes, and their customer support hasn't been responding anywhere. Right now, my SIM card is basically useless until they sort out their app issues.

    Accessing the app is a hassle because I have to uninstall and then reinstall it. There are no reminders for updating the plan through messages or notifications. Unexpectedly, you lose the ability to make calls or use the internet. Hopefully, they will fix this.

    So, you know when I use the app, I always have to log in again. And it really annoys me! It would be so much better if you could just make it simpler for us, right? Sometimes I'm in a hurry and when I open the app, I have to wait forever to get the SMS code, which is frustrating! Eventually, after dealing with all that trouble, I can do what I actually wanted to do. I really wish there was an option to stay logged in.
