IRONMAN Tracker - Race progress monitoring

I watched my daughter-in-law do her first Ironman race, thanks to this app. It showed me all the details of her progress every second, which was amazing! It also provided a lot of other information about the race in general.

Ah, now it's simpler to track the athlete. We can pinpoint her location on the bike and run routes. It would be great if her position aligned with a line on the elevation profile. It would also be helpful to zoom in on the profile. Perhaps if we have a math expert, creating an algorithm combining average time/speed with the latest split could provide a more precise location.

The numbers and tracking information are really detailed! It would be great if there was some kind of signal to show when the app is making estimates and when it has real numbers while tracking on the map.

I used an app to figure out when I could spot my husband during his race at various times. The app estimated these moments for me, but I wished I had more insight into how the estimations were made. This would have helped me understand situations like when the app showed my husband pausing at a checkpoint for quite a while (though in reality he didn't). If I knew how the app calculated these estimates, it would have helped me pinpoint where he might have actually been in such instances.

He was quick in biking and running during the triathlon, but unable to keep up in the water as there was no map displayed. It could have been a small error or issue, we will see how it goes next weekend.

It's really awesome to track a racer, you can follow them along their route and see when they're expected to finish. It's super helpful for anyone supporting a racer.
