    Using this app feels frustrating. It deserves two stars for showing body functions during fasting hours. Beyond that, it disappoints. The fasting starts at strange times, even when I’m not fasting, which is really annoying. I tried setting my time, but it still surprises me with a random start. It doesn’t remind me when the fast ends either. I have to open the app to stop it, even after setting everything. Overall, this app isn't very helpful.

    This app is fantastic. The educational blurbs are so helpful. The fasting tracker is interesting, showing what happens in the body during each hour of the fast. The water tracker and different intermittent fasting plans add a lot. One issue pops up. It keeps suggesting to break the fast at 11am when I started at 7pm for a 24-hour fast. The circle on the tracker displays correctly, but the time doesn’t match. It won't allow me to adjust my goal either. This can be frustrating.
