Introduction
INPS Mobile for Tablet is a tablet-specific app from INPS, the Italian social security institution. It provides a one-stop shop for social security and welfare services for retirees, working professionals, families, and the unemployed. Users can view pension statements, payment records, application status for various subsidies and benefits, and access information on childcare, unemployment, and family benefits. Some features require logging in with a PIN, SPID, or electronic ID. The tablet version features a tab bar interface that supports browsing by service category and topic, a user-friendly tutorial, and the ability to save frequently used services.
INPS Mobile provides users with the ability to access various online services through the website www.inps.it. INPS continually strives to enhance accessibility through multiple communication options.

Note:
--The layout of the services has been reorganized to provide users with a variety of access methods, allowing navigation by user type or topic.
--The primary interface displays recent news, allows access to the Institute's social media platforms, and enables users to save favorite services for direct access.
--Users can view the entire range of available services without needing to log in, except for services that require authentication.
--Login using PIN/SPID/CIE is only necessary when opting for an authenticated service.
--This version features a newly designed user interface tailored for the innovative functionalities.
--The navigation system follows the 'Tab Bar' format and adheres to contemporary app usability standards.
Additional updates include:
- An integrated tutorial guiding users on navigating the new graphical interface during initial access
- Services categorized by theme and user type
- Inclusion of the Institute’s social channels for viewing
- Access to news and press releases
- Authentication via SPID has been introduced
- Users can compile a list of favorite services;

NPS, Inclusion, and Innovation
Through its Digital Strategic Plan, the Institute has planned a series of strategically important interventions affecting the Institute's digital and technological sectors.
The integration of technology, organization, and resources is what enables the Institute to implement value-generating changes from a cultural and social perspective.

INPS Social Networking Etiquette
We listen to and engage directly with users on social media. On our profile, you can stay up to date with the Institute's news, services, and performance.
For the dialogue between the Institute and users to be effective and beneficial for improving our services, it must be conducted in a civil and courteous tone, with mutual respect and respect for all parties involved.
Therefore, we ask you to follow some simple rules:
- Do not post personal data (email addresses, phone numbers, document or bank account numbers, addresses, etc.): We do not have access to these practices and provide personal information through social media. Posted data could be used by others to commit fraud or deception.
- We do not have access to personal practices or transmit personal data through social media. Specific requests will be referred to the Contact Center, the INPS Risponde service, or the Public Relations Office for clarification.
- Do not write in capital letters.
- Do not use vulgar terms or profanity.
- Recall that racist, political, hate speech, personal insults, and defamatory comments are strictly unacceptable on our social media channels.
- Do not post the same question, comment, or report multiple times on the same channel or across different channels, as this can slow down the work of those responding to you. There is no minimum or maximum response time, but we always respond to all requests as quickly as possible.
- Advertisements (not even indirect ones) or links to personal websites and external activities (including sponsorships and CAFs) may not be posted. We are an institutional page, not a tool to increase your followers and clients.
- Do not replace us in your responses. This way, we can guarantee prompt and efficient service.
--If we publish personal data, we will remove your post as soon as possible, respecting your privacy, or request that you remove it yourself.
--If we deem it appropriate, we will report racist content, hate speech, personal offenses, and defamation to the administrators of various social networks.
--If these behaviors are repeated, we reserve the right to ban users without warning.
--If the intervention exceeds the limits of legality (direct threats, but also complaints and self-accusations regarding issues such as undeclared work), it may be reported to the competent judicial authorities.
--All responses received must be considered first-level information and facilitate access to other channels, such as the Contact Center, INPS responses, and URPs; therefore, they do not replace the information specified in the INPS portal information sheet and should be considered explanatory, not exhaustive.
