Its primary function is to be your digital health assistant, accessible directly from your smart device, ensuring easy access to relevant health information and assistance.

The "My Health" app is your companion for all your health questions and helps you at all times with up-to-date information and practical functions

The “My Health” app is an essential tool that provides practical features and up-to-date information:

The My Health app is open on your phone. It shows the various options for action: submit invoice, benefit statement, health portal and travel abroad 

* Submit an invoice – simply upload your receipts and invoices for private health insurance via smartphone or tablet.

* Health portal – your guide with health tips from A to Z.

* Travelling abroad – information on travel countries and travel sickness, checklists for your travel preparations, addresses of the German Embassy and quick support and help abroad through our 24-hour contact.

* My contracts – see all your health insurance contracts at a glance.

* Benefits at a glance – find out about your health insurance benefits quickly and easily.

* Benefit statements – receive your service statements directly and digitally in the app.

Important notes:

To access the premium service “Kaia back training,” you must have full health insurance or coverage through HUK-COBURG. This service is also available for clients holding AZpremium and AZplus outpatient supplementary insurance. Access to this premium feature is complimentary and will not impact your health insurance with HUK-COBURG. Additionally, to utilize HUK-COBURG’s “24-hour contact” while abroad, you need insurance that covers treatment outside your home country, such as international travel health insurance.

For leveraging premium services and managing your contracts, you must have online access to your personal service area “My HUK”. If you do not have access yet, register once to obtain your unique PIN via mail, which allows you to unlock the system. Once logged in to the “My Health” app, you will have access to these services.

Your health data security is paramount. Thus, the “My Health” app complies with all relevant data protection and security regulations:

- Your data is always encrypted during transmission.

- Access to premium services is safeguarded against unauthorized access via login credentials to your personal service area “My HUK”.

- HUK-COBURG does not access or store any of the information and health data you provide.
