Booking accommodations through your smartphone is now a breeze. It's designed for various needs including business trips, exploring new places, and budget travel.

As an official application, it provides advantages for members of the Toyoko Inn Club Card as well.

The “Digital membership card” feature was introduced in September 2018.

1 Q: Can reservations be modified?

A: For rooms booked via the official website, modifications can be made through the website by 12:00 PM on the check-in day. For changes that cannot be processed online, please contact the hotel directly by phone.

The modifiable dates may vary depending on your reservation plan.

If you modify your reservation by phone, you may not be able to make further changes or cancellations via the official website.

2 Q: What is the maximum number of rooms I can book at once?

A: You can book up to 9 rooms at a time on the official website. For reservations of 10+ rooms (considered "group bookings"), please select "Group/Collective Booking for 10+ Rooms" in the room availability search menu or contact the hotel for inquiries.

3 Q: Can I book a room for someone else?

A: Yes, reservations can be made for others (with different booking and check-in names). When booking via the Toyoko INN official website, check the box "Book for others (not self-check-in)" and enter the actual guest's name.

4 Q: How are children's fees calculated?

A: Toyoko INN does not charge separate fees for children. Children below primary school age sharing a bed with parents stay free of charge (1 child per bed maximum). Children using a bed individually or secondary school students/older sharing a bed will be charged as adults.
