FAQ

How and when do I know that my booking has been confirmed?

When you request a booking via Holidu, you will promptly receive a confirmation via e-mail, indicating that your inquiry has been forwarded to our partner. After that, you will receive a booking confirmation email from this partner within 48 hours.

If you have not received the confirmation from the parter within this period, do not hesitate to contact them directly. You can also contact us at service@holidu.com so that we can check that your booking has been made correctly and that your email address is also correct.

In case you have been redirected to a partner company and have placed your booking directly there, you will receive just the confirmation email from that company.

Can I bring my dog or other pets?

To only see pet-friendly accommodation, please activate the corresponding filter. First select your destination and select the field Pets allowed in the filter Facilities.

If pets are allowed on a property, only one dog can be brought along. Our partner Bookiply generally allows 2 dogs, unless otherwise stated. Exceptions must be mentioned in the description or on the booking page.

We recommend that you always enquire about this before booking, otherwise there may be cancellation charges if only one pet is allowed.

Where can I find the exact address of the accommodation?

For data security reasons, the exact address of the property is only given after booking.

If you did not book yet, don't worry! You can view the approximate location on the map on the details page of each property.

Do I rent the entire accommodation?

In most cases, you rent an entire holiday home or appartment that you do not have to share with other travellers or the landlord. Sometimes, outdoor areas such as the terrace or pool are shared with other guests.

Some providers also give you the option of renting individual rooms in the landlord's property. This type of accommodation is called a private room.

To avoid such offers being displayed to you, simply select your preferred accommodation type in the corresponding filter.

If you are looking for more privacy, you can also filter for houses with private pool - this way you can be sure that you can enjoy your holiday undisturbed.
