    This app is a total mess. Every notification takes you to a dead link. The chat feature for Contact Us doesn't even have a Send button. It feels completely useless. I really hope the team behind their airplane technology has a different group of developers!

    This app is a complete nightmare. Signing up turned into a disaster. It said I already have an account, but I can’t figure out how. The registration didn’t even go through, so no password was set. Tried to reset the password, but it just keeps erroring out. Then I thought if I used the Cathay login, maybe it would work. Nope, another error popped up. Now, I can’t reset the password on the app or the website. Booking my flight has become impossible. Other companies make it easy to book without logging in, but not this one. What a hassle!

    The app is a nightmare. No option to search for flights unless you register. It feels like a common issue with Chinese applications. Registration becomes a hassle. You need at least two devices just to start. Even then, finishing the process proves tough. Frustration builds with every step.
