So, the money I can spend in the app doesn't match what I have online. Also, the transactions in the app don't match those online. A customer service rep said the app is still being worked on. I've been a customer for three years, and the app is still not finished? No, I think the problem is the app is terrible. Apart from the balance issue, it's really slow and crashes a lot. It's just awful.

The app has been updated and now it functions smoothly as planned. It's no longer slow or full of bugs. I don't need to reset my phone due to crashes anymore. Thumbs up to the development team for improving the app! Great job! 👍🏾

The app is easy to use and navigate smoothly. I don't understand why some people left negative reviews. This app offers a biometric log in feature, a simple way to link a photo to your receipt with just one button, and customer service that is readily available even during off hours. The investment section includes an automatic cash reserve function to ensure you stay within your comfort zone when investing, along with clear performance metrics. Personally, I wish there was access to a Vanguard fund that mirrors the S&P like the admirals fund. Apart from that, it's a great app.

I love being able to use my phone to check my account instead of calling. It's great to have everything right at my fingertips.

This app is really frustrating to use. It moves very slowly when it actually decides to work. A message saying "not responding" pops up many times when I try to add an expense. Using it is not easy at all. Even when it finally works, the app isn't intuitive and is just too complicated. You acquired the company that made the app we used before. Their app was much better - it always worked and was so simple to navigate. There's a lot of room for improvement on this app. Time to start over from scratch.

The application is extremely slow. It took me 10 minutes to add just 2 expenses. After that, the screen wouldn't show 3-7 other expenses correctly. There seems to be a memory leak in the application because it becomes slower as you use it. Moreover, the battery drains quickly when using this application. I will switch back to using the difficult web app.

I despise this app now. The changes have made it hard to do something as basic as entering a reimbursement claim. It was much easier before. The more I use it, the more I detest it. When I try to save a Provider, it fails. Instead, I see my wife's name in the Provider list six times. Every time I file a claim, I have to enter the Provider, address, and everything else. Terrible!

Oh boy, this app is just not good at all. I really wish they would fix basically everything about it. You can't even update your account details through the app, forget about checking them. The payment process is so confusing. And on top of that, they ask for a ton of personal information, like your mailing address. It's like pulling teeth trying to cancel your account and get a refund. That really shouldn't be allowed, in my view.

Let me share a funny fact about this app. Whenever you tap on the "expenses" button, the whole thing crashes. You can still check your spending through the "available balance" or by going to "more" and then picking "transaction history". Avoid touching the middle three options on the main screen, and you should be fine. Just keep in mind that the app might run slowly, especially if your phone has less than 4GB of RAM, as it tends to use up a lot of memory.
