The tour duration can be found at one or all the following places:

Under the product name on the Headout experience page or right side of the experience page

Under the heading- ‘Timings’

Booking the visit time or tour start time:

Please select the date that you wish to book. The available start time slots will appear in the drop-down once you select your preferred variant as shown in the image below:�

The experience you are looking forward to book can be timed or flexible:

Timed experiences: If your booking is a timed experience i.e. you have selected a particular time along with the date while making your reservation, please make sure you are at the venue at least 20 minutes prior to the start time. 

Flexible timings: For experiences that offer flexible timings i.e. you can enter the venue anytime within operating hours, no starting time will be listed and the information will be stated under the date selected.

After the reservation is made the tour start time and other details will be mentioned in the payment confirmation email and confirmation email with the tickets.

How do I contact the tour guide?

The contact details of our tour operators will be sent via email. It will be mentioned in the confirmation email with tickets. 

Is it necessary to come 20 minutes before the start time? 

Yes, you have to reach the meeting point 15 to 20 minutes before the start time. This is because the tour will start from the meeting point at the time you select while making the reservation.
