Harpa Cristã e Corinhos - Hymn lyrics & audio

Christian Harp

1. App Overview

Christian Harp is a digital hymnal based on the traditional Harpa Cristã, a collection of Christian hymns widely used by the Assemblies of God in Brazil since its first publication in 1922. The current edition contains 640 hymns covering various occasions, including church services, Holy Communion, baptisms, weddings, children's activities, and funerals.

The app brings this collection to mobile devices, providing hymn lyrics, chords, and sheet music in one place. Singers can follow the lyrics during worship, while guitarists, pianists, and other musicians can refer to the chords and musical notation when accompanying songs. Selected hymns also have downloadable audio recordings and YouTube performances, which help users become familiar with their melodies.

Christian Harp includes an author-based search function for locating hymns and a favorites list for keeping frequently used songs together. It can be used during church services, choir rehearsals, instrumental practice, or personal worship, making the traditional Harpa Cristã available in a digital format.
