How do I pay my dues?

Whether you're an individual, farmer, association representative, or self-employed, you can pay your dues online by credit card in your secure customer area: a button will appear when a payment is due. Payments are also available by check, direct debit, direct debit, or cash. Alternatively, opt for direct debit!

How do I change my customer area password?

If you would like to change your personal area password, follow these steps:

1/ Log in to your customer area

Access your Groupama customer area.

2/ Go to the “Account(s)” section

3/ Click on “View my profile”

4/ In the “Personal information” section, click on “Change my password” and follow the instructions.

Groupama Car Insurance Coverage

Auto Liability: Coverage for the financial consequences of various material, bodily, and non-material damages you cause to others in an accident for which you are found liable. For example, we reimburse the damage to the other party's vehicle and cover hospitalization costs or lost income for injured persons (including your passengers).

Driver's Personal Injury: Compensation if you are injured in an accident for which you are found liable while driving your car, or if the responsible party is not identified. Coverage is based on compensation and includes, in particular: medical and hospitalization costs, damages suffered, and lost income due to time off work.

Legal Defense/Recourse: Defense of the insured or obtaining compensation for damages suffered in the event of a traffic accident.

Vehicle assistance: 24/7 breakdown/towing service in France and abroad with geolocation of the tow truck, return of vehicle occupants to their home (or continuation of the journey), and ride-sharing services: Joker Taxi, replacement driver. A 50 km deductible applies if the vehicle breaks down.

Personal assistance while traveling: worldwide assistance with organized and covered medical repatriation in case of accident, injury, or illness, even if you are traveling without your car. A 50 km deductible applies from your home.

Loaner vehicle (Auto Presto): to benefit from a replacement car in case of an accident while yours is being repaired. (4)
