How do I pay my dues?
Whether you're an individual, farmer, association representative, or self-employed, you can pay your dues online by credit card in your secure customer area: a button will appear when a payment is due. Payments are also available by check, direct debit, direct debit, or cash. Alternatively, opt for direct debit!
How do I change my customer area password?
If you would like to change your personal area password, follow these steps:
1/ Log in to your customer area
Access your Groupama customer area.
2/ Go to the “Account(s)” section
3/ Click on “View my profile”
4/ In the “Personal information” section, click on “Change my password” and follow the instructions.
