Why was my account suspended ?
We may suspend an account to protect buyers, sellers, and the integrity of our site.
Common reasons include:
Unpaid or cancelled purchases

How do I close my Grays account?
If you wish to close your account with Grays, contact us via Contact Us Form Please include your registered email address, name & address in the form. We will ask you to verify the email address associated with your account.
Grays is always striving to improve our service to customers. To assist us, we would greatly appreciate you telling us why you wish to close your account.
Please note: Your account cannot be closed if you are a winning bidder in a current sale or if you have any outstanding payments.
How do I register/create account?
Registering an account with GraysOnline is easy & can be done in a few steps. Once registered you are able you to Bid on item(s) at sale and/or purchase "Buy Now".
Click here to register for a free My Grays account. Simply enter your email address and create a password.
You will then be directed to a second page to add extra details such as your address, mobile number and payment details to complete your bidding account.
A verification code will be send to your registered mobile number. This helps us to verify your identity and protect your account/purchase(s).

How do I unsubscribe?
To unsubscribe from receiving emails from Grays, please log in to My Grays.
Go to the "Marketing" tab in My Grays. On the top of the page, you will see a question 'Would you like to be informed of offers and specials?' Select " Send no emails" then hit 'Submit'.
It may take up to 48 hours for the request to be processed. If you continue to receive any further emails after 48 hours please submit a request through our Help Centre
When you are ready to receive GrayMail again, just log back into My Grays, select from the emails you would like to receive, and hit 'Submit'.
