Can I book a child traveling on their own?

No. On our website you cannot book a child ticket for a child traveling on their own (up to age 18). Child tickets must always be booked together with an adult ticket. The child discount is applicable only when accompanied by an adult. You are also not permitted to book an adult ticket for a child traveling alone.

Can I book a ticket if I am under 18 years old?

No. You must be over 18 to book a trip on our website. You cannot book a trip for a child traveling alone either (up to 18).

Do I have to write all the names shown in my passport in my booking?

Yes. When you make your reservation, you must write all the names that are shown in your passport. Airlines have strict requirements for security and it is very important that you enter all passengers' names exactly as they appear in their passports.

The airlines do not usually permit any change of name or transfer of tickets. If you enter a name incorrectly this may mean that you have to buy a new ticket without getting your money back for the incorrect ticket.

Do I need a health certificate to travel?

Some countries on lockdown might require self-certification or other documents. Please refer to the IATA travel center or information on the website of the government in question, your embassy or consulate.

    We bought tickets labeled 'transfer guaranteed.' When we got to the counter, they refused to give us boarding passes. The airline doesn’t support transfers, even though arrival and departure were at the same terminal. We ended up having to buy expensive tickets for connections. Overall, we lost more than $2200 using this app.

    The app works well. Big shoutout to the IT team for that. The overall service, however, is far from satisfactory. Check-ins through the app often don’t go through. They switch up the email address sent to airlines for bookings, using randomly generated ones. This means online check-ins on the airline's site become impossible. Reaching the support desk feels like a gamble. Either nobody answers or calls get dropped unexpectedly. It's better to steer clear unless saving a few bucks becomes absolutely necessary. The hassle isn't worth it.

    Be certain about your flight choice. No refunds or rescheduling available, even with extra payment for coverage. Skip adding those coverages; they won’t help when needed. Assistance is lacking, and they won't honor the promised protections, even if you pay for them.

    I had a terrible experience with this app. I booked a ticket from Lahore to Manchester and arrived at the airport three hours early, ready to board. However, at the gate, they refused my ticket. The airline canceled my booking without letting me know. I ended up having to buy a new ticket for around 500 pounds with another airline. Now, this app won’t refund me. It’s incredibly frustrating. If anyone official is reading this, please investigate the issue.

    I booked my flight through Pamediakopes.gr. What a frustrating experience! They made me download an app just to check in for my flight unless I wanted to pay extra. The app looked nice and was easy to use, but the check-in feature didn’t work at all. I couldn't get my boarding pass. Total waste of time. Five minutes lost. Now I'm spending another five writing this review to help you avoid the hassle.

If I had known the hassle I was going to face, I would have just bought a regular ticket. I called customer support, and Anwar picked up. He said it wasn’t their fault; it was an issue on the airport side. But GoToGate provided those boarding passes that didn’t work at all. That’s where my frustrations began. Afterward, I checked reviews online to see if anyone else had similar issues. Turns out, I’m not alone in this mess.
