Yes, you are require to have the GSC Mobile App installed on your mobile phone / smartphone. GSC REWARDS features an e-card on the GSC Mobile App with a QR code, which is scanned when you are purchasing movie tickets or F&B items at the e-kiosk or cinema counter. 

2. Can I select my own seats through the GSC Mobile App?

Yes, you can select any available seats through the GSC  Mobile App.

3. Can I use vouchers or passes through GSC Mobile App?

At this point in time, only E-Vouchers are accepted through GSC Mobile App. For redemption of normal vouchers and passes, please proceed to the Box office counters.

4. How many tickets can I purchase through GSC Mobile App?

The maximum tickets per transaction is  6 via GSC Mobile App.

5. While using GSC Mobile App, I will be disclosing my credit/debit card details. How can I be sure that the transaction is secure and my card details will not be disclosed to anyone?

    I can log in, but that doesn't fix the massive issue with the GUI. I really like the fasticket option because it shows all the choices I need. The current version only displays time and cinematic type. It’s frustrating, incredibly frustrating. I urge you to go back to the previous version!

    The app keeps loading forever. Since the recent update, this happens all the time. I try to buy tickets, and all I see is that loading notice. It just won't stop. Frustrated, I switch to using the browser instead.

    GSC stands out for me when compared to TGV and MBO. The previous app was straightforward and user-friendly. It may have looked a bit old-fashioned, but it worked well.     This new app is frustrating! It’s not at all user-friendly. The dark background and colors make it hard to use. I miss the old version so much. I have to scroll endlessly to find movies playing in cinemas when everything used to be neatly listed on one page. It’s so inconvenient! The design needs a complete overhaul. Seriously, the app feels as bad as the TGV app now. What a letdown! Overall, this app falls short.
