How does it work?

Foodsi is an app that lets you save good quality surpluses from restaurants, cafes, bakeries, and also flower shops and stores. In the app, you will find surprises consisting of unsold products or assortments with an approaching deadline.

To join the rescue, simply download the app from Google Play or the App Store and create an account. You pay for your orders directly in the app and then pick them up in person at the time specified in the offer.

How to collect your order?

All you need to do is show up at the store on the day and at the hours specified in the offer. You can always check it in detail in the special order tab, after clicking on the given package.

Once there, show the staff your order in the app and swipe the collection bar. Easy peasy lemon squeeze! 🍋

Can someone else pick up my order?

Yes, if the app allows you to show the order and swipe the pickup bar on site.

The package is picked up this way because it is the best form of verification. If the person picking up does not provide this, the staff may refuse to deliver the surprise.

What happens if I don't pick up my parcel?

If for some reason you failed to pick up your parcel within the specified time window - according to the regulations, such parcel is lost.

What to do if the app isn't working properly?

Sometimes things go wrong in the app 🍋

Below we will describe some of the most common cases - if you don't see yours here or have other concerns, write to us! However, before you contact us, make sure you have the most up-to-date version of the app.

I don't see the package after paying for the order -> try restarting the app and refreshing the view in the orders tab. If the package doesn't appear, the payment probably failed.

I can't open the app -> try uninstalling and reinstalling it, deleting its data.

I can't log in to the app -> use the password reminder option visible on the login page. We will send the reset to the email address provided during registration. If the account was created via Facebook or Apple ID, it is necessary to log in in the same way.
