Fidall - Loyalty card management & rewards

Have you ever found yourself at the checkout without your loyalty card after shopping at your go-to store? With Fidall, you can store all your loyalty cards right on your mobile device!

What you can do with our app:


➤ You can create a backup for all your cards by signing up through either the Fidall app or website, which are completely synced. This backup allows you to access your loyalty cards when switching devices and share them with friends or family. However, signing up is not mandatory to use the app.

➤ Fidall shows the barcode linked to your card number. In cases where scanners might be outdated, the checkout staff can manually enter the number displayed in the app.

➤ With the app's location-based feature, Fidall provides a map that shows the locations of your favorite stores, ensuring you never miss their exclusive promotions.

➤ Occasionally, Fidall offers tailored deals based on your loyalty cards to meet your needs perfectly. Some of these offers may include refunds: simply take a picture of your receipt and select your preferred repayment method. Fidall will handle everything else!



How to use the app:

➤ Add a Loyalty Card

• Tap “+ Add any loyalty card”.

• Scan the barcode on the plastic card or type the number manually; choose the brand (Tesco, Decathlon, HEMA…).

• Name it (optional) → Save. It appears instantly in the carousel.

➤ Redeem In-Store

• At checkout, open Fidall → swipe to the card → show the barcode on screen or let the cashier scan it.

• No internet? Barcode still works offline.

➤ Clip Coupons & Cash-Back

• On the home feed, tap “Coupons & Cash back”.

• Activate any deal with one tap; it auto-links to the right loyalty card so points or cash-back post automatically.

➤ Nearby Deals in 1 Click

• Hit the map pin icon → see flash sales around you.

• Tap an offer → get directions or add it to your list.

➤ Widget & Watch

• Add the Fidall widget to your lock-screen for instant card access.
