The felyx e-moped service is operational in various cities including Amsterdam, Brussels, Breda, Den Bosch, Den Haag, Enschede, Groningen, Haarlem, Hilversum, Nijmegen, Rotterdam, Tilburg, and Zwolle.

As a felyx user, you also have access to the Cooltra service across multiple locations such as Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Seville, Paris, Milan, Rome, Turin, and Lisbon, along with the shared e-bike service available in Barcelona and Turin.

🆓€15 Free: Invite friends to try felyx and earn €15 credit for your upcoming rides. Share your personal code and receive a €3 discount on each of your next five rides. Both you and the individual you invited need to take a ride to receive this benefit, and it’s valid for 30 days.

🅿️Pause Mode: If you need to step away but wish to keep your current e-moped, just activate the pause mode in the app at a lower rate.

🔋Battery Status: Check the battery level of any vehicle within the app prior to making a reservation.

4.Park & Conclude 🅿️ Once you arrive at your destination, park the e-moped in the designated area according to local regulations and finish the rental in the app. Enjoy seamless payment as riding minutes are deducted automatically.

What is the cost for using felyx?

You can view our current rates in the app prior to starting your ride. If you want to maintain hold of the e-moped temporarily, utilize the pause mode.

Is a driver's license required?

A Class B, A, or AM license is necessary for reserving an e-moped. However, no license is needed for e-bike usage. You may register without a driver's license initially and add it later.

Can I operate and park outside the designated service areas?

While you can ride the felyx e-moped beyond the illuminated zones shown on the app’s map, rentals can only be activated and concluded within those specific areas. The pause mode can be used outside of these zones as well. Ensure proper parking to avoid obstructing pathways for pedestrians, wheelchair users, and strollers.
