What are the return conditions?

• You can start your return transactions within 14 days from the delivery date from the "My Orders" section of your membership panel. For your questions and requests, you can fill out the form below or contact our Customer Communication Center at 0850 532 22 22.

• You must return your products in their original box or packaging with their invoice.

• If you do not have an invoice, you can obtain your invoice by clicking on the "" icon next to your relevant order number on the "My Orders" page in your membership panel.

• A return invoice must be issued for orders for which a company invoice is issued when making a return transaction. Shipments without a return invoice are not accepted.

• Before the installation of furniture products, any damage or errors must be checked. No refunds are made for furniture products that have been installed.

• In furniture and chandelier products with damaged or missing parts that are noticed after installation, the missing parts can be sent according to suitability.

• There is no return for products that are custom-made, have an expiration date or are single-use (stickers, wallpapers). You can only return single-use products without opening their packaging.

• Products that have been used outside of their usual use are not returned.

• When your product reaches our warehouse or supplier, it will be checked and if it complies with the return conditions, your refund will be made.

You can follow your return request from the “My Orders” section in your membership panel.

• Shipments that do not comply with the return conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back.

I want to return or exchange a product, what should I do?

There is no exchange for the products you buy from our site. You can easily return them within the terms of the right of withdrawal. The steps you need to follow are as follows: To make a return, log in with your username and password and enter the My Orders page. Click on the "Easy Return" button on the order you want to return and fill out the opened form completely. When your refund is made, an informative e-mail will be sent to your registered e-mail address. You can instantly follow the current status of your return request from the Cancellation/Return Requests page.

How can I cancel my order?

Only orders that have not been delivered to cargo can be canceled. For cancellations, you can click on the "Help" button and inform us in writing from the "New Notification" tab or call our Customer Communication Center on 0850 532 22 22. Cancellation cannot be made for orders delivered to cargo. You can make a return when your package reaches you.

I paid a shipping fee at the door, I want it back.

If you send us the receipt showing the extra shipping fee, we will review the issue and make your return. You can send us your receipt by creating a new notification from the help section.

When will my refund appear in my account?

After the product you sent reaches us and the return is approved, your return will be completed within 2 business days depending on your payment method. You will be informed via SMS or e-mail after the transaction.

• If you paid your order with a credit card, the refund amount will be transferred to the same card.

•If you paid in installments, the refund will be reflected on your card by your bank in installments.

The reflection of your refund in your account varies according to your bank's transaction process and may take 7-14 days.

Note: No refund will be made for payments made using only checks or coupon codes. A check of the same amount will be created and sent to you in return for the refund.

Important: We kindly ask you to keep the tracking document given by the cargo company when delivering your package to the cargo company. If the package does not reach us, the cargo tracking number will be requested from you.

How many days can I return the product?

You can return the products you purchased from our site free of charge within 14 days after receiving your cargo. Returns of products exceeding 14 days are not accepted. For products you purchased from our store, you can take your product to our store with its invoice for the return process within 14 days after completing the purchase transaction in our store. In order for your return to be approved, your product must meet the return conditions. Your product must be unused and there must be no user-related problems.

    What a terrible experience! Every search leads to an object reference error. Navigating through the menus is impossible.

    The service is great. I've bought many items for my home. However, the decision to opt for a hybrid app instead of a native one just to save a few bucks is disappointing. An app that can't even navigate from favorites or the cart to product details is unacceptable. Apps we developed five years ago were more functional and performed better. On top of that, seeing different people's orders in my order history is frustrating.
