1. Where can I get a product warranty?
- Genuine warranty: For electronic products, electronic toys, etc. with a warranty commitment stamp from the Manufacturer, customers can bring the product directly to the Manufacturer for warranty without going through Fahasa.com.
- Warranty through Fahasa.com: Customers contact hotline 1900636467 or visit www.fahasa.com/chinh-sach-bao-hanh-san-pham for advice on warranty implementation.
2. Can I get a free product warranty?
Your product is covered by a free genuine warranty when:
It is still within the warranty period (based on the warranty stamp/card or the time of electronic warranty activation).
The warranty stamp/card is intact.
The product has a technical defect.
Cases where warranty fees may arise:
The product is out of warranty.
The product is broken, deformed, burned, exploded, damp in the engine or damaged during use.
The product is damaged due to user error, not due to inherent defects of the goods.
3. How long does it take for me to receive the warranty product?
If your product is still within the warranty period on the warranty card of the Manufacturer, Fahasa encourages you to send it directly to the Manufacturer's center for warranty support in the fastest time.
In case you send the product to Fahasa.com, the expected warranty period is within 21-45 days depending on the availability of replacement parts from the manufacturer/product defect (excluding shipping time to and from). For products
4. What forms of warranty does Fahasa.com provide?
Products at Fahasa.com will be warranted in 1 of the following 4 forms:
Invoice: customers bring the direct invoice or value-added invoice with product information to get warranty.
Warranty card: comes with the product, has full information about the warranty location and warranty conditions.
Warranty stamp: a special stamp used only once, affixed directly to the product. Products still under warranty must satisfy the condition that the stamp is intact and the warranty period must be before the date written on the stamp.
Electronic: is an online product warranty mode that replaces the usual warranty method using paper or warranty card by: SMS activation, scanning QR-Code from the label, registering on the website or using the warranty application.
5. Does Fahasa.com warranty gifts with products?
Fahasa.com regrets that it does not currently support warranty for gifts that come with the main product.
Note: To ensure customer benefits and Fahasa.com has a basis to work with related departments, all warranty requests require customers to provide images/clips of the defective product. Fahasa.com reserves the right to refuse if it has not received enough image information from customers.
