Etihad Airways - Book flights easily

Oh no! I wanted to book my flight but all I got was a blank page after entering my details. Even on different browsers, the same thing happened. Etihad's service is just awful, and their call center wasn't any help at all. Don't bother with them!

We require a complete app makeover that is user-friendly and functions smoothly. The current version is plagued with slow loading times, redirects to external websites during navigation, frequent requests for re-login, and an overwhelming number of cookie consent pop-ups. It seems more convenient to access the website directly through a browser rather than dealing with these issues in the app.

Wow, the app is perfect! Great job, developers! I'm really starting to like Etihad. This is my second trip in about 10 years. Let's see if the flying experience has gotten better.

I used the app to choose my seat on the flight. When I checked in, I was assigned the middle seat in the very last row. The staff said it was a full flight and nothing could be changed.

The app for booking flights is not working well at all. It's so slow and keeps freezing up. When trying to put in passenger details, it takes ages and then suddenly quits. Sometimes, it won't even let us enter the information we need. I had no choice but to switch to using their website all the time instead. And even then, some of the links about travel info don't even open. It's really a letdown considering this airline should be doing better given its reputation for decent to good service on board.
