Eleven - E-scooter sharing & rides

Eleven E-Scooter Sharing offers a fun and convenient way to navigate the city. All you need to do is download the app, locate an available e-scooter nearby, and you’re ready to go!

You can use Eleven for:

• commuting from the metro to your workplace or home

• outings with family and friends

• discovering the city on a beautiful weekend

• guiding your international guests around town

• any short trips within the city center

Here’s how it works:

• Launch the Eleven App and search for a nearby scooter.

• Scan the QR code located on the handlebar to unlock the vehicle.

• Put on a helmet, kick off, and accelerate. Enjoy your journey!

• Once you’ve reached your destination, park the scooter in a convenient spot – there’s no need to find specific parking areas.

• That’s all there is to it!

Where can I ride?

On sidewalks, bicycle and bicycle-pedestrian paths, in other places permitted by traffic rules.

You can ride all over the city, but you must leave the scooter within the yellow zone (see the map in the app).

Where can I leave an electric scooter?

Rule #1 - you must park the scooter within the yellow zone on the map. It is visible in the app and covers most of the city.

It is best to park in city bike parking lots - there the scooter will not interfere with anyone, and the next user will be able to easily find it. You can also park in other public places, the main thing is that the scooter does not block cars, does not interfere with passers-by, transport and public services.

Here are good places to park:

- near the office

- near the shopping center

- in the park

- in the bike parking

Where is it forbidden to park?

– on private property

– in closed parking lots

– in narrow passages and passages

– in building entrances

– in underground passages

– under bridges

Remember that the ride must be completed through the app, otherwise the scooter will not be blocked and you will continue to be charged.
