＜Main Features of the e+ App＞

- Buy Tickets Faster and Easier than on the Web

After selecting the performance date, choosing the seat type and quantity, and entering a password, your application is completed. While the website has multiple steps for applications, the app only requires one screen (*).

Additionally, the app prioritizes the lane to proceed to the application screen, making it quicker to buy tickets compared to the web, which can sometimes be hard to navigate, especially on ticket release dates.

*Currently supports lottery applications (some performances may not be eligible). Plans to support first-come-first-served sales in the future.

- Easily Check Availability at a Glance

You can check availability from the calendar and apply easily, which is very convenient for stage shows or events with frequent performances.

- Personalized Home Screen

Receive notifications for lottery results announcements or ticket downloads that you don't want to miss. With a shortcut function allowing ticket applications directly from browsing history without the need for search, along with recommendations based on favorite registrations, we also introduce recommended shows and news exclusively for you.

- Updates on Favorite Artists

Get ticket information and news about favorite artists or event by tapping the heart icon for favorites and receiving PUSH notifications. This ensures you never miss pre-sale information and also receive lottery results notifications.

- Supports Digital and QR Tickets

Digital and QR tickets are stored within the app. From ticket purchase to entry, this app is all you need!

What is e+ (イープラス)?

- A ticket sales service operated by Live Entertainment Company e+, utilized by more than 20 million members

- Membership registration is, of course, "free"

- Payment methods accepted include credit cards and convenience store payments

- Purchased tickets can be delivered or received at nationwide FamilyMart and Seven-Eleven stores, as well as via digital and QR codes

- Event and live organizers can freely sell tickets using the WEB open system

*Installation of the app is not available on some devices.

Register as a new member (free)

1. Tap member registration on the e+ site top page

2. Check the terms and tap "Agree"

3. Enter your email address and tap "Send email"

4. Please check whether the provisional registration completion email has been sent to the email address you entered.

5. Access the URL in the email body

6. Enter your mobile phone number and required information and tap "Confirm"

7. Tap "Call to verified phone number" to make a call.

8. When the call ends, press the "Cancel" button and close the phone app (varies depending on the device). Once authentication is complete, the screen will change.

9. Check that the member information you entered is correct and tap "Register"

10. Membership registration has been completed

3. Select your email address and tap "Change"
