Setting up a router with just a phone and an app feels frustrating. Sure, it aims to help people who aren't tech-savvy. Still, taking away basic features doesn’t seem like the best way to go about it. It would be great to have that option without making it mandatory. This router comes with my ISP package, which is a nice surprise since it's free. If I had to pay for it, I wouldn’t bother using it at all. But now, I'm stuck dealing with extra software on my phone just because it seemed "free" compared to buying one outright.

This device truly changed everything for me. No more WiFi interruptions every few minutes. I discovered the Eero ad blocker, and it transformed my gaming experience. Playing Words With Friends feels seamless without those annoying ads unless I choose to watch one for coins. Wordscapes runs just as smoothly now. No crashes and barely any slow-downs. I'm really grateful for this!

That last update really messed things up for my eero. It's not connecting with my phones or Chromebooks at all. That's why I bought it in the first place. The signal looks great, but every time I try to connect, it says no Internet. It kind of works with the TV sometimes, but that's about it. So frustrating to spend all that money and not be able to use my phone or computer for Wi-Fi.

Thinking about returning for a refund. Setup felt simple enough, but the app is terrible. The Internet works fine, yet the eero system insists it’s down and constantly disconnects. The self-repair tools just spin endlessly. Speed test tool? Useless. Never shows an actual speed. So many reasons to dislike this product. Charging extra for features feels ridiculous. Get your act together by year end, or I’m out!

The frustration has built up over these past months. The internet drops out regularly, multiple times each day. It feels like a constant battle. I’ve looked for ways to fix it but the cable company provided this device due to a weak signal. Shutting it off and restarting it has become routine, hoping that will work. Uploads and downloads often stall, screens freeze. This ongoing struggle only adds to the irritation. Just wanting reliable internet is so simple, yet here I am, feeling completely fed up.

Eero sent a message saying the issue is fixed. The button has moved. It would be great if Eero could update site instructions to prevent any confusion. Thanks for the quick response! Previously, there was a concern about not finding the restart option under settings. Now, restarting each Eero individually seemed necessary. Bringing back the reboot system option would definitely help.

The application and hardware function smoothly. Everything is user-friendly and efficient. Speeds impress. However, I overlooked that certain basic features like "Content Filtering" come with a $10 monthly fee. These have been standard freebies in my previous routers for the last decade. It feels wrong to restrict kid-safe browsing. The recent app update makes those premium features even more prominent on the screen, pushing the paid options into my view.

Starting off was frustrating. The auto-detection for new devices failed completely. Entering serial numbers felt endless, especially with so many devices to set up. Each restart added another layer of annoyance. The app? A maze of screens without menus or buttons. Just one status screen that leads to more status screens. It offered no overview of connected devices or created networks, only the latest setup. Once I removed the Ethernet cable, everything fell apart. No connection at all. Reaching out for support became impossible as the app requires a detected problem before you can even get help. I’m done. Returning the product feels like the only option.

They finally fixed it! Thank you! It works well and looks good, but two big issues still need fixing. The connection properties on the access point don’t correctly show wired or wireless backhaul. It works fine on iOS, so this feels like another case of Android being overlooked. Also, why can't we add port ranges for port forwarding?
