Overview
The Edea Mobile app provides users with insights regarding their consumption, billing details, deadlines, and payment statuses. Through the app, you can handle issues related to supply interruptions or service difficulties and locate customer service centers and authorized payment institutions. Additionally, it sends notifications about selected accounts and alerts concerning planned outages for network maintenance.
The application features a menu consisting of 8 options:
1.Claims:Allows users to file complaints regarding supply issues or other technical difficulties。
2.Care Centres:Provides a geolocation feature for finding Edea's commercial offices。
3.Consumption:Accesses your consumption history from the previous twelve months。
4.Invoice:Shows the due dates, amounts, and payment status (paid or unpaid) for the last twelve invoices on your account. If there is an outstanding balance, the app facilitates payment via credit card。
5.Payment Locations:Identifies nearby locations where Edea bills can be paid based on your current location。
6.News:Delivers updates and institutional information related to Edea。
7.Profile:Allows users to link and manage multiple accounts to obtain specific information。
8.Notifications:Sends updates and announcements regarding the accounts linked to the application。
To link accounts to the app, users need to input the branch number, account holder name, and the relevant details found on their invoice.

ISO 9001:2015 – We have a Quality Management System according to IRAM ISO 9001:2015 standard.
Its scope is the Provision of the Electric Power Distribution Service, considering User Service, Reading, Billing, Maintenance and Operation of the Network, Safety on Public Roads and Emergency Operational Plan.
ISO 14001:2015 – Environmental Management System.

- For its part, ISO 45.001 specifies the requirements for an occupational health and safety management system and provides indications for its use, allowing organizations to provide safe and healthy work, prevent accidents at work and health problems.
- It should be noted that during 2025 an integrated audit was carried out where theEnvironmental Management System (ISO 14001:2015), the Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015) and the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (ISO 45001:2018) were recertified.
