SCAM ALERT! They promised $0 due at pickup, but I had to pay $180 instead. My flight changed, and they wouldn’t adjust my reservation. I lost money both times! Another experience was worse; they canceled my reservation mid-flight, and I found out only after landing. AVOID THIS COMPANY!
