If you still can't find the product you're looking for after searching on the website, you can order it by:

3. How do I navigate the website?

Our e-shop offers a wide variety of products, all easily accessible. For easier searching, products are organized into subcategories, allowing you to browse through them and find the product you're looking for. To find a specific product, use the "Search" function.

4. What is a shopping cart?

The shopping cart functions the same way as a shopping cart in a physical store. You can add items of interest to your shopping cart using the "Add to Cart" button and remove items using the "Delete" button. Adding items to your shopping cart does not constitute purchase; you must complete the subsequent steps to place an order. You can view your selected items and the individual and total prices in your shopping cart.

5. How do I place an order?

After completing the recipient information and clicking "Submit Order," a message will appear indicating that your order is complete, along with the order number. We recommend saving this number.

6. What should I do if an item is missing from my order?

If you find an item is missing from your order, there are three options:

Send an email to sales@e-shop.gr, specifying the order number, ordering name, and the issue;

Call a sales representative between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM on weekdays;
