Rimi service stands out as one of the best in Latvia. Some bugs exist, but they don't overshadow the overall quality. Shoppers enjoy a pleasant experience with friendly staff and fresh products. The convenience of locations adds to its appeal. Many appreciate the variety and value offered. Overall, Rimi successfully meets customer expectations.

The app works well, but lately, the NFC feature crashes it. This issue becomes really frustrating.

There's a bug with the self-service scanning process. When I select the store and begin scanning my first product, the app freezes for a bit. It doesn't recognize the barcode at all. Then, out of nowhere, it returns to the main screen, forcing me to restart everything. The second time I try, everything runs smoothly. It's really frustrating.

It's amazing how well it works in Lithuania. You select the option to skip the printed receipt since it's all in the app. You think you'll see a detailed breakdown of your groceries, each item listed with its price. But when you check the app, it only shows the total amount you paid. You could just look at your bank account for that information.

The planner tool feels completely broken. You start typing, and it swaps your entries with random products from its database. No way to fix this; it just changes them back. Trying to delete old entries? Swiping and hitting DELETE does nothing. This app is full of bugs. My experience mirrors what others have said. RIMI Baltic needs to really step up their game when picking app developers.
