About the app

The Paulistana Health Platform, e-saudeSP, is an initiative developed by the Municipal Health Department of São Paulo aimed at enhancing access to and recording health information for residents of São Paulo.

This application is designed to integrate and provide all health-related data pertinent to the municipal SUS services in São Paulo. It allows users to log their daily health metrics, facilitating the monitoring of significant information such as blood pressure readings, blood glucose levels, weight records, allergies, and ongoing medications.

Furthermore, the app consolidates a wealth of useful health information, including official guidelines from the Municipal Health Department, storage of the patient's clinical history, and geolocation services to find health facilities.

In light of the current COVID-19 pandemic, the app has been adapted with clinical protocols from the Municipal Health Department of São Paulo specifically for citizens presenting symptoms of the virus. This feature aims to provide better guidance regarding individual health situations, ease access to medical consultations, and reduce crowding in healthcare facilities.

Turn on TalkBack

The TalkBack screen reader provides notifications and spoken feedback.

Option 1: Press both volume keys

Important: The first time you use this option on your device, you'll be asked to confirm that you want to turn on the volume key shortcut. To confirm, you can select On or press and hold both volume keys again. Press and hold both volume keys again.

Option 2: Turn on TalkBack in your device's settings

The steps below require assistance from someone who is not visually impaired.

1. Invoke Siri and say "Turn on VoiceOver" or "Turn off VoiceOver."

2. Select Accessibility, then select TalkBack.

3. Select Use TalkBack

4. In the confirmation dialog, tap OK.

5. Optional: Change the TalkBack shortcut.

Turn on VoiceOver

Important: VoiceOver changes the gestures you use to control iPhone. When VoiceOver is turned on, you must use VoiceOver gestures to operate iPhone.

To turn VoiceOver on or off, use one of the following methods:

1. Call Siri and say, “Turn VoiceOver on” or “Turn VoiceOver off.”

2. Press the side button three times (on an iPhone with Face ID).

3. Press the Home button three times (on an iPhone with a Home button).

4. Use Control Center.

5. Go to Settings > Accessibility > VoiceOver, then turn the setting on or off.

My CNS does not appear in the APP

If your CNS number does not appear when you download the APP, it is important to first go to the UBS and confirm with the unit whether the CNS is already in the system, as the information comes from there.

After confirmation, access the APP again and check whether the CNS has appeared.

Clearing the cache and data of the e-saudesp application

To clear the cache and data of your application, follow the steps below:

1st - Click and hold your finger on the e-saudesp application icon (average of 2 seconds) to open the options "SELECT", "REMOVE", "UNINSTALL" and the "( i )" button, as shown in the image below.

Click on the mceclip3.png button to continue with the second step.

2nd - After clicking on the Application Information button ( i ), click on the "STORAGE" option:

3rd - Within the "STORAGE" option, click on the two buttons indicated by the arrow below, to clear the application cache and data.

Close and reopen the e-saudesp application and test again.
