How to download the mobile application?
Go to the App Store or Google Play or AppGallery or RuStore and type "e-motion" in the search. After downloading, register using your mobile phone number and connect the payment method in the "Wallet" section.
You can also scan the QR code on the scooter (children's transport) or station.
How much does it cost to rent scooters and children's transport?
Current rates can be viewed in the application by selecting the scooter (children's transport) you are interested in at the station or parking lot.
What is the difference between a red scooter and a green one?
On a scooter that is displayed in red in the app, rental can only be completed at stations, while a green scooter can be completed at both stations and parking lots.
How to start riding a scooter?
Push off with your foot, give the scooter a speed of 5 km/h and press the gas trigger. If the screen displays numbers with an error code, then the scooter must be returned to the station or parking lot.
How to start renting?
You need to scan the QR code on the scooter or children's transport using your smartphone camera or the scanner in the e-motion mobile application (at the bottom of the screen), in the scanning screen you can enter the scooter number manually. Alternatively, select a station or parking lot on the map, then (children's transport) and click "Take". scooter
Are there any discounts and bonuses for scooter rentals?
Rental discounts are applied automatically, and notifications are sent to the "Notifications" section.
On social networks (not in all cities), raffles are held and promotional codes are sent out.
How to delete/block an account in your system?
To block an account, you need to send a request to hello@e-motion24.ru, indicating your phone number, full name and attaching a screenshot from the application where your phone number and full name are visible. To delete an account, you need to go to the menu, go to the "Profile" section (in the upper left corner) and click "Delete account"
How to withdraw money to a card from a personal e-motion account?
You must send your full name, phone number linked to your e-motion account, and a screenshot of the “Wallet” section to hello@e-motion24.ru.
Why did they write off 300 rubles before the rental? (The amount may differ by city)
The holding system (reservation of funds on the card) has been activated. At the end of the rental, its cost will be written off, and the surplus will be returned. If the cost of the rental exceeds the reserved amount, an additional write-off will occur.
What to do if the funds on hold are not returned?
Make a full bank statement to check what charges were made. Push notifications do not always work correctly. If the funds have not been returned, you must wait for 1-2 days, if the funds have not been received after waiting, contact the email address in the "Support" section of the application.
How to take advantage of the pause?
During the rental, go to the "Orders" section of the application and press the Pause button. Pause is only available for hybrid scooters (green) and can be turned on anywhere.
What were 40 rubles written off for?
40 rubles is a fee for voluntary insurance. You agree to this service by starting the rental with a tick in the mobile application.
