This app is fine, but it could be better. It bothers me that I always have to log in and I don't like that I have to manually sync it with my device by opening the app. It would be nice if the syncing happened automatically in the background when my phone is near my CPAP machine.

In the beginning, I really liked this app a lot. But after 8 months, it started acting up. Every now and then, for no reason at all, it would forget the serial number. It's always the same serial number, nothing has changed. Having to keep typing it in over and over again is frustrating and time-consuming. I have to grab the book every time to check what the serial number is. It's as if the app suddenly forgot a number that I've entered many times before. I'm pretty sure it's a glitch that popped up after those first 8 months. Developer, please take a look at this issue and fix it!

So, I've been using this app and device for about a year, everything was working fine. But, after the recent update on 5.18.23, the app is no longer reading any data. Although the unit shows the data, the app just won't pick it up. I tried restarting the unit, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and resetting the app - but nothing seems to work. Also, my Bluetooth can't detect the DreamMapper device anymore. It's strange because it can still find my other devices without any problems.

I really enjoy using this app! It provides a lot of detailed information that goes beyond what the machine can tell you. It shows things like the number of clear airway apneas, obstructive apneas, and hypopneas. It also displays the highest and lowest pressure levels during sleep. This is very helpful because it allows the patient to see for themselves and have a better grasp of what's happening while they're asleep. And the fact that it uses Bluetooth from your mobile device is pretty cool too. I like how it sends reminders as well. Overall, I would definitely recommend using this app along with the machine for patients.

So, when I tried to log in after 10 seconds, the issue of the white screen was resolved. I managed to access the app successfully. To do this, you need to clear the app data. There are two ways to do it. One option is to long-press the app until a menu shows up, then select "app info". After that, tap on storage and choose the "clear data" option. Following this, try logging in again, as I did, and it should work fine. The other way is to navigate to settings, go to apps, locate the dreammapper app, and then follow the steps mentioned earlier to clear the data.

Oh no, the app is not working anymore. It seems like it can't connect to the dreammapper server. I deleted and then reinstalled the app, but it still won't connect. I don't understand why a server connection is necessary when all I want is to get my CPAP information on my phone via bluetooth. To make matters worse, around a week ago, my autoCPAP suddenly raised the starting pressure and within a few hours, it ramps up so much that I can't keep the mask on. The doctor said they didn't change any settings.

The app used to work perfectly fine until November 18th. But suddenly, it stopped updating. Even though it says new data has been found and uploaded, nothing actually updates. Now, the app keeps logging me out. And when I try to sign in again, it keeps asking for my device serial number. It's really frustrating because the serial number is on the bottom of the device. The app was last updated on September 20, 2021, but it seems like it can't hold onto any information. It just keeps asking me to input the serial number over and over again.
