FAQs：

Q: If I want to participate in the Dream Dubai raffle and win a prize, do I have to be in Dubai?

A: You don't necessarily need to be in Dubai. As long as you purchase a "modeshworld gift card" through the app (for example, through a supported online channel), you'll be eligible for the raffle. Subsequent activities, such as entering the raffle and checking results, can also be completed remotely through the app. However, if the prize you win involves an offline experience (such as a local Dubai event), you may need to travel to the event location. Please check the prize description after winning.

Q: After purchasing a "modeshworld gift card," does the raffle entry have an expiration date? Do I need to manually redeem it for a raffle entry?

A: After purchasing a gift card, the raffle entry is usually automatically activated and does not require manual redemption. However, there is an expiration date (usually tied to the event period). It is recommended to check the current event timeframe within the app after purchase to avoid missing out on a chance to enter. If there are multiple events, different gift cards may be associated with different raffle pools, so please be aware of the card's compatibility with the event.

Q: What types of prizes are available in the "Unique Experience" category within the app? Do ordinary people have a chance to win these rare prizes?

A: "Unique Experiences" are often unique Dubai experiences that are difficult to obtain through conventional channels, such as stays at high-end hotels, private yacht rides, VIP seats at major events, and exclusive tours of famous attractions. While these prizes are rare, the app emphasizes inclusiveness. All users who purchase gift cards have an equal chance of winning, with no additional requirements, making them equally eligible.

Q: If I have questions about the winning results or encounter problems redeeming my prize, where can I submit feedback?

A: Prioritize submitting feedback through the "Customer Service/Help" section within the Dream Dubai app (usually located in Settings or the Profile section). Since the app is officially launched by Dubai, customer service will provide official solutions. For quick communication, you can also follow the app's official social media accounts and send private messages to inquire further, avoiding unofficial channels.

Q: Besides the prize draw, does the app offer other useful features, such as information on shopping deals or events in Dubai?

A: Yes. The core of the APP is "shopping + lottery", but it will also simultaneously push information such as local shopping discounts, festivals (such as the Dubai Shopping Festival), discounts from cooperating merchants, etc. in Dubai. It is equivalent to combining "welfare lottery" with "local consumption guide". Even if you do not participate in the lottery for the time being, you can still get practical information about shopping and playing in Dubai through the APP.
