This app works well for small items. Anything over $50, best to avoid selling here. I sent in my old phone after checking it thoroughly. Everything was working. Later, I received an email about a revised price. It dropped from $70 to $7. They claimed the phone wouldn’t turn on. I suspect either a scam or they just don’t know how to charge a phone properly. I’ll update this once my phone returns. Fingers crossed it comes back in one piece.

The first couple of transactions went smoothly. I got full value on the first one. The second transaction hit a snag; they pointed out that some games were messed up. Then came the third order, and that’s when things turned sour. They promised a promo discount, but it never showed up. They also said they’d give me $20 for a video game, but they claimed the game was messed up too. No way to get it back since they don't ship it back to you. It felt like I was completely stuck.

The food was incredible. Customer service was top-notch. Security agents ensured parked cars stayed safe. The music soared, with experienced DJs and great equipment. I felt happy and had a blast. I'll return again and again. I recommend this place for anyone looking to have fun.

Life presents many choices, and using this app might be one of the worst. At first, the scanning feature impressed me, but that excitement faded fast. Most items I scanned went unrecognized. The few that were recognized ended up being pretty pointless. The real frustration hit when I tried to log back in. I couldn’t because I "forgot" my password. Resetting it turned into a nightmare too. The link for resetting my password just didn’t work. Spare yourself the hassle and skip this app.

Disappointed. I had a great experience with this company a couple of years ago. This September, everything changed. Problems started right away. I still haven’t received my payment. Emailing them led me nowhere. Just more excuses about my money. They kept my books and DVDs without paying me. A year later, still no payment. Please, don’t give them your items!

This app really misses the mark. I tried scanning 95% of my CDs, and it couldn’t recognize any of them. I’ve got a mix—classics, rock, rap, soundtracks, pop—all the good stuff. Honestly, you’d be better off taking your collection to a music store to donate or sell. It's frustrating because this app just doesn't seem to get music at all.

It's crazy how they charge people just $5 for a Wii console when you can easily sell it for $50 to $80 on other apps. And don’t even get me started on books and CDs. You collect a bunch of them just to make a few cents. Honestly, tossing them out or donating seems like a better option. At least you can get a tax write-off that way. I came across an article about Declutrr and their offer to pay around a dollar for each DVD. I thought, why not? I downloaded the app and gave it a go. Anything felt better than just donating them all. I scanned over 25 DVDs, excited about the potential cash. Only 8 got accepted. The total payout for those 8? Just $1.69. Such a letdown. It wasn't worth my time at all. I felt disappointed. I decided to delete the app right away. Definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

A great way to reduce that huge pile of books and put some cash in your hand. Just scan the book barcodes and watch it all happen quickly and easily. Perfect for decluttering!
