Inquiry about "Deliveries"

The "Inquiry about Deliveries" system allows you to check the delivery status of items purchased at each Daimaru store (Shinsaibashi Store, Umeda Store, Kobe Store, Suma Store, Ashiya Store, Tokyo Store, Sapporo Store, Shimonoseki Store), as well as items bought from the gift websites such as those for mid - summer gifts and year - end gifts on the Daimaru Matsuzakaya Online Store.

On the "My Page" of the Daimaru Matsuzakaya Online Store, you can check the delivery status of items purchased after registering as a member. (Excluding orders placed as a guest.)
