You’re using a Samsung Android device. When you add more than 13 items to your cart, the app crashes. You can't proceed to checkout. The cart ends up empty. It’s frustrating to deal with this issue, especially when you're ready to buy.

I ordered three toys, and they arrived in just two days. The app is fantastic!

Every time I choose the games, they add to the cart. Then, when I exit the app and come back, everything disappears. This has been happening since yesterday. I contacted support through chat. They advised me to uninstall the app and reinstall it. I did that. To avoid the issue, I didn't leave the app until I reached the payment page. Then, when I entered the password from the bank, everything disappeared again. So, I reached out to them again and explained my situation. I received a call, but when I returned, the chat had ended. I had to explain everything again, wasting my time. In the end, they just told me to pick the items and pay again. They even have a strange message saying that if there's no response, the chat will end. I find myself explaining everything from the start.

Also, your prices are the highest in the market. It’s disappointing that people keep ordering from you knowing all this. There’s definitely a problem with that.
