Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Currency Exchange Rates Issues

1. Fix Currency Exchange Rates Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1) Restart Currency Exchange Rates: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.

2) Update the Currency Exchange Rates App. Here is how:

- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Currency Exchange Rates" » Open Currency Exchange Rates » click "Update".

- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Currency Exchange Rates » click "UPDATE".

3) Clear Currency Exchange Rates app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Currency Exchange Rates servers.

On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Currency Exchange Rates" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".

4) Check Currency Exchange Rates app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Currency Exchange Rates might not work.

5) Uninstall and reinstall Currency Exchange Rates. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Currency Exchange Rates then reinstall.

6) Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Currency Exchange Rates not working
