What happens when you edit an order?

The new option of editing an order is not yet available to all customers. The current day's prices and special offers apply when editing the order, including to the products already in the order. Expired special offers may alter the total order amount. Every change, once completed, triggers a new invoice or a new reservation of the invoice amount on the selected payment method. The reservation of the original invoice amount is deleted as soon as you finish editing the order. You can cancel the editing of the current order at any time – in this case, your current order will remain unchanged.

How do I book my preferred delivery time before doing my shopping?

Ideally, you should start your shopping by logging in and then, on the right side underneath the basket, choose your time delivery slot. Your chosen delivery time will be reserved for you for 30 minutes. Orders may be placed up to seven days before the required delivery time.

Can I still change the delivery address once I have placed my order?

No, unfortunately it is not possible for you to independently make changes to orders already placed. If you would like your order to be delivered to a different address, please contact our Customer Service by phone on 0848 888 444 or send a message. If your new delivery address is in a different delivery region, the order will have to be redone. Our Customer Service will be happy to advise on the best way to proceed.

By what time must I place my order to receive it the same day?

The cut-off times for same-day delivery depend on your delivery address. For deliveries using our own delivery service, the order cut-off is around midday. See here for a detailed overview of order cut-off times. In exceptional cases, particularly before public holidays such as Christmas and Easter, it may be that a delivery round is fully booked before the order cut-off is reached, and the next available delivery time will be on the following day. For deliveries made by Swiss Post, the order cut-off is around 1:30 p.m., the previous day. For wine-only orders, the delivery occurs within 3 working days of receipt of the order. For these, you can also select specific delivery times up to 7 days in advance.

Can I also have my order delivered to a different address?

Yes, you may change your delivery address at any time. We advise you to set the delivery address when you start shopping, so that you can only see products that are available for delivery to that address. The currently selected delivery address is shown in your shopping basket. However, you can of course change your delivery address later, in the order summary or at checkout.
