How can I make an audio call?

A user can place the audio call to contact when they are on the contacts screen, chat screen or the call logs screen.

Audio Call from the Contact Screen:

Open the App’s contact screen.

Select a contact from the contact list you wish to call

Tap on the handset icon to place the audio call

Audio Call from the Chat Screen:

Go to ‘Contacts’

Tap on the contact you wish to call

A chatbox will open with the contact

Tap on the handset icon to place the audio call

Audio Call from the Call Log Screen:

Go to the App’s Call Log screen.

Tap on the contact you want to place the call to*

Tap on the handset icon to place the audio call

*The desired contact will only appear on this screen if you called them recently

How do I put a call on hold?

You can put a call on hold only when there is an incoming GSM call or a call from another VoIP app. When there is one such incoming call, you will have the following options to choose from:

Hold and Accept: To put Comera call on hold and accept the incoming GSM/VoIP call (Call will automatically unhold once the GSM or VoIP app call ends)

End and Accept: To End Comera call and accept the incoming GSM/VoIP call

Decline: To reject the incoming GSM/VoIP call and continue with the on-going Comera call

How do I check my call history?

Go to the ‘Call’ screen on the app.

Your entire call history will be visible.

You can tap on a particular contact to view the call details like time, date, and connectivity status (missed, incoming, outgoing).
