    I can't even open the app. It closes right after trying to load. It's frustrating because I need to update my auto pay card. I'd prefer to do it here instead of calling and navigating through an automated system. My phone mentions a bug in the app. I hope they fix it soon.

    This app was fantastic until today. Suddenly, it just wouldn’t let me sign in. I had to switch to the mobile site to make my payment, but luckily that worked perfectly. Version 10.9.0 gave me trouble. After reaching out to the developer, I cleared the app cache and restarted my phone. Now, the app is back up and running!

    Paying bills through the app feels much easier than making a phone call or visiting a payment location. I love seeing both current and previous bills right there. On the downside, that convenience fee for paying within the app is frustrating. It would be great if bill payments were free when using the app.

    It's been over a year and four months. My issue remains unresolved. I left feedback, submitted requests, and they promised to communicate with me. Nothing came through. They give out confirmation numbers after submissions, making it seem like they care. But they don't. I'm sure Comed will respond with a "contact us." What's the point? You don’t respond anyway. Guess it's back to paper trails for me.
